As executive vice president of investments, Andrew Agins is responsible for overseeing investment and management strategies across a portfolio of 40+ senior living assets. The portfolio consists of both new developments and value-add acquisitions of independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities across the United States. Andrew evaluates and maximizes asset values, executes dispositions, and manages relationships with Anthology’s institutional capital partners.
Prior to joining CA, Andrew was a vice president at MUFG Union Bank in the real estate institutional markets group where he managed a portfolio of secured and unsecured debt to REITs and large private equity funds. Before MUFG Union Bank, Andrew worked at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange as an options trader for Geneva Derivatives. As a trader, Andrew specialized in options market making and arbitrage.
Andrew earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
