With over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, Anthony has held various senior management roles in accounting, finance and development, with a specialization in single-family, multi-family, student and affordable housing. He joined CA Ventures in June 2020 as the Corporate Controller of Student Living where he managed financial, lender, and investor reporting focusing on GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. In December 2021, he transitioned to the Residential vertical as VP of Accounting leading the corporate, property and development accounting departments. 

He began his career with Reznick Group, P.C. focusing on Low Income Housing Tax Credit deals with various for-profit and non-profit companies around the Midwest. Upon his departure from public accounting, he spent the next seven years in the non-profit sector, managing corporate and property accounting for an affordable housing developer. Prior to joining CA, he spent four years at a private REIT that acquired, owned and managed single-family housing with a focus on tax and REIT compliance, SOX implementations and valuation. 

Anthony graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a BS in Accounting in 2006 and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
