Tony Porcelli serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, where he oversees compliance and risk for CA’s growing investment platform. Tony brings nearly three decades of legal experience to CA, and previously served as a shareholder at Polsinelli for more than 12 years and partner with Jenner & Block for more than 15 years, where he worked with and advised clients on how to solve unique and complex problems while maximizing their business objectives. 

A recognized industry veteran, Tony has been rated by Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent Peer Review – a peer distinction given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills and ethical standards. Tony was also selected for inclusion in Illinois Super Lawyers ​“Rising Stars” in the general litigation category for 2008 – 2009 and was recognized as a Leading Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media in the commercial litigation and creditor’s rights/​commercial collections law for 2018 – 2020. Most recently, Tony was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation, 2022.

Tony earned a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, and a JD from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law.
