As Senior Vice President of Sales and Training for CA’s property management division, Brenna Thuesen’s focus is the creation, execution and continued improvement of strategic sales goals, leasing processes and marketing strategies, as well as employee training and support programs. She and her team are responsible for making strategic decisions based on analysis of key metrics such as traffic flow, leasing velocity, lead-to-lease conversion and closing ratios, historical data and trends, effectiveness of marketing campaigns as well as providing team members at all levels of the organization with training, support and learning opportunities. 

Prior to joining CA, Brenna oversaw the sales and marketing initiatives for a portfolio of 15,000+ beds for American Campus Communities, one of the largest owner/​operators in student housing. Since starting her career in property management in 2006, she has held a variety of positions on-site including leasing manager and property manager, as well as serving in increasing capacities in leasing and marketing operations as director of sales and marketing and vice president of sales and marketing.

Brenna earned a BS in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
