As executive vice president of UK living, Christian Davis is responsible for identifying and transacting deals for CA across the student and multifamily divisions in Europe. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has worked in the student accommodation sector for the past 10 years. 

Prior to joining CA, Christian was the transactions director for Threesixty Developments, the Oaktree Capital Management platform that sourced, developed and sold in excess of 10,000 student and multifamily beds between 2011 and 2016. Most recently Christian was the transactions director at Watkin Jones Plc, the UK’s largest developer and contractor of student accommodation having developed in excess of 36,000 bed spaces. Whilst at Watkin Jones Plc Christian led the sale of 2,500 student beds to a joint venture between Roundhill Capital and KKR, now operated by the Nido Student Living brand. 

Christian earned a BSc in Geographical Sciences from the University of Bristol as well as an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading
