As Senior Vice President of Operations, Erin Caswell is responsible for the oversight of the operating portfolio for Anthology Senior Living, which includes new openings, lease-up and stabilized communities. She collaborates with asset management, acquisitions, development and the operating teams to drive results, maintain the highest standards in care and service and identify operating efficiencies whenever possible.

Prior to joining Anthology, Erin was the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis for Spectrum Retirement Communities, where she oversaw budgeting, underwriting, and strategic operating initiatives for over 45 operating communities in all stages of development and operations. Prior to her time at Spectrum, Erin was a director at Archstone-Smith Trust, a multifamily REIT, in a multitude of roles over ten years ranging from market research, financial planning & analysis, due diligence and real estate development. 

Erin earned a BA in Molecular, Cellular, & Developmental Biology and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
