As director of leasing and marketing for CA’s multifamily residential vertical, Erin Higgins is responsible for strategic direction of leasing operations and marketing initiatives with a focus on new developments. She provides comprehensive market, inventory and pricing analysis to optimize velocity goals and performance metrics. Erin manages client relationships and property management teams, ensuring alignment throughout each stage of development through stabilization.

Prior to joining CA, Erin was a portfolio manager with Luxury Living Chicago and delivered dozens of Chicago’s most successful Class A multifamily lease ups. She has worked with Related, Golub, McCaffery Interests, Hines and several prominent development partners, architectural and interior design firms, and general contractors. Erin began her career in the luxury hotel sector and integrates her 5‑star hospitality-driven approach to training, team building and organizational development.

Erin earned a BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University and an International Business Specialization from Université Libre de Bruxelles.
