As Executive Vice President of Operations, Jack Duncan is responsible for leading the operations for CA’s multifamily platform which includes new openings, lease-up and stabilized communities. He collaborates with asset management, acquisitions, development and the operating teams to drive results. His focus is creating operational efficiencies to drive value to the bottom line including financial oversight, national vendor agreements, as well as managing all third-party managers. 

Prior to joining CA, Jack served as an independent managing broker with a sales team focused residential sales as well as multifamily building lease ups.
