As Executive Vice President of Property Management, Matt Maxa is responsible for leading the operations teams for both the student platform. His focus is creating operational efficiencies to drive value to the bottom line including financial oversight, national vendor agreements, ancillary income initiatives, as well as establishing key performance metrics to implement across the portfolio. Matt works to hire and retain the best and brightest and works with the team to develop and execute industry leading best practices. 

Prior to joining CA, Matt oversaw a portfolio of assets comprised of over 5,000 beds valued at over $350 million for EdR, one of largest owners, developers, managers in student housing. 

Matt earned a BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida and MBA from the University of Central Florida.
