Matt Taylor
Chief Financial Officer, Europe

As chief financial officer, Matt Taylor is responsible for the finance function across CA’s European division. Matt works across the business to optimize financial returns and deliver institutional class reporting and governance for investors. 

Matt was appointed with over 20 years’ financial experience within the European real estate industry. He joins from ThreeSixty Developments, the student housing developer and operator owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, where he was part of the management team that built a startup business which oversaw the successful deployment of over £400 million of equity in the UK and Europe, helping to secure 17,000 beds in UK, Ireland and Spain. 

Matt has also worked at Lend Lease Corporation, where he was UK Chief Financial Officer, Lend Lease Communities where the London projects included the major mixed-use urban regeneration projects at Greenwich Peninsula and Elephant & Castle, together comprising more than 17 million sq ft of proposed development. Matt also subsequently led the finance function in delivering the flagship 10 million sq ft Battersea Power Station site in London. 

Matt is a Chartered Accountant and earned his BA in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield.
