In his role as Senior Vice President, Niall is responsible for spearheading CA’s European multifamily and build-to-rent (BTR) business, while supporting the continued growth and success of CA’s premium purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) platform. 

Niall possesses more than a decade of experience in property development and investment, and prior to joining CA, he served as head of acquisitions at Watkin Jones Plc where he oversaw the acquisition and development of more than 6,000 multifamily, co-living and PBSA units totaling a gross development value of more than £1 billion. Niall has also served as an investment manager with Fizzy Living, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of a 1,000-unit portfolio in London backed by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).

Niall began his career on the residential team at Deloitte Real Estate after earning his bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Leicester and master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate from Sheffield University. He is currently a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the IPF Residential Special Interest Group Committee.
