As Senior Vice President of Wellness and Resident Experience, Noby Takaki oversees the wellness experience of CA’s residents and staff. Her multifaceted role encompasses various tasks, including designing and implementing fitness amenities throughout CA’s spaces, ensuring they meet the dynamic needs of residents. Noby plays a pivotal part in coordinating upgrades and renovations, elevating CA’s operating assets to consistently surpass expectations. Additionally, she establishes fitness amenity standards and works closely with CAR to enhance residents’ overall well-being. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures exceptional service, upholding rigorous standards in cleaning, maintenance, and customer service, and more.
Her vision is to create a differentiated fitness and wellness experience that inspires our residents and employees to be an active participant in their wellness journey. She firmly believes in a comprehensive and accessible approach to wellness, emphasizing small, incremental changes across seven pillars: physical, social, emotional, environmental, spiritual, intellectual, and occupational.
With over two decades of experience, Noby previously served as Senior Assistant Director of Fitness at East Bank Club, where she designed comprehensive wellness programs for employees and members. In addition, she collaborated with leading vendors to maintain high standards in equipment, services, safety, and overall experience. She also grew and managed the 360 Coaching program, offering tailored programs encompassing nutrition, myofascial release, and mental strength, and more.
Noby holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach, Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapy Practitioner, and FMS Level 2. She is actively involved with the Chicago North Shore women’s rugby team, including serving on their Board of Directors.
Noby holds a BS in Kinesiology from University of Illinois at Chicago.
