CA Industrial Announces Disposition of Initial Portfolio

CA Industrial (“CA”) today announced it has closed on the disposition of three industrial developments located in the O’Hare, Greater Cincinnati and Indianapolis markets for a combined transaction value of more than $60 million.

These transactions represent a significant milestone as they mark the sale of CA’s initial industrial portfolio announced when we first launched the platform in 2018. The disposed assets include: 

Elk Grove Village (146,029 square feet) – Elk Grove Village, Illinois
Located at 550 E. Devon Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, this site is in one of the most desirable industrial submarkets in the country, and provides great visibility and exposure along with excellent highway access. The building features 32-foot clear heights, 18 exterior docks, ESFR sprinklers and parking for at least 120 vehicles. 

Gateway International Business Park (139,617 square feet) – Hebron, Kentucky
Gateway International Business Park, at 2000 Gateway Blvd. in Hebron, Kentucky, is positioned just east of the CVG Airport and the new Amazon Prime Air Hub with proximity to four major highways. The highly visible building features 32-foot clear heights, LED lighting with motion sensors, 31 exterior docks, a 125-foot truck court and 146 car parking spaces.

Ameriplex Site 40 (244,622 square feet) – Indianapolis, Indiana
Situated at 8515 Challenger Drive in Indianapolis, Indiana, Ameriplex Site 40 is located minutes from I‑70 and the FedEx hub, and features 32-foot clear heights, 23 exterior docks, 189 vehicle parking spaces and 3,200 square feet of office space.

Since the start of 2021, CA Industrial has closed transactions representing approximately $400 million in total project costs and remains on track to commence development projects totaling more than 5 million square feet of industrial space across the US, including facilities in Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, Atlanta, Savannah, Columbus, Indianapolis and Las Vegas, among others.
