Joe Sugiyama has more than 10 years of real estate development experience including a background in construction project management and pre-construction expertise. 

In his role, Joe has delivered new student housing developments across the U.S., coordinated with state and local governments and utilities for a multi-billion dollar pipeline, and supports a global platform with emphasis in the UK and Europe. 

Joe has also spent the past several years establishing and managing Orange Global Products— CA’s international procurement and manufacturing company. He has focused on OGP’s mission to provide best-in-class fixtures and furniture to CA properties and gain supply chain consistency. 

Joe attended the University of Michigan where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
