With over 25 years of industry experience, Michelle oversees and enhances the operational excellence and financial performance of CA’s properties within our European portfolio. This extends to properties both in the lease-up phase and those already in full operation. Michelle’s responsibilities also encompass the management of CA’s regional managers across Europe, where she provides leadership and guidance to ensure the success of our properties.
Michelle previously served as the Operations Director for Abodus Student Living, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s operational success. Prior to that, Michelle held the position of Senior Regional Operations Manager for iQ Student Accommodation and Vero Group, where her responsibilities included ensuring efficient property management. Additionally, she served as a Regional Operations Manager for Greystar Europe Holdings, further honing her skills and knowledge in the industry.
She earned a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Housing Studies from Blackburn College.
