As Senior Vice President of Investments, Navid Abbaei is responsible for the oversight of closing on CA’s acquisitions, developments, joint ventures, recap­i­tal­iza­tions, dispositions and other investment activities as well as the implementation of the firm’s investment strategy throughout CA’s portfolio.

Navid has been with CA since 2015 and has actively supported investment activities across CA’s portfolio. During his tenure at CA, Navid has been involved in executing on over $4 billion of real estate transactions across student housing and multifamily asset classes.

Navid earned a BBA with concentrations in Finance and Economics from the University of Richmond.
